PER Board of Regents' Policy P05.11.060.A, ALL REQUESTS TO ACCESS OR USE PROPERTY NOT OWNED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA MUST BE OBTAINED THROUGH °ÅÀÖÊÓƵLAND MANAGEMENT OFFICE.
- Form for University of Alaska personnel requesting land use authorization on property not owned by the University of Alaska.
- All °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ requests require internal °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ approval for the proposed project or requested use.
- ∗∗∗°ÅÀÖÊÓƵLand Management is subject to the property owner’s review and authorization process. Depending on the complexity of the permitting required and number of property owners involved, it may take 180 days or longer to process the land use authorization(s). Please plan accordingly and submit your completed request to allow sufficient time for processing your land use authorization(s). Only completed requests with required documents will be submitted to property owners for review.∗∗∗
